At Serene Med Spa in Barboursville, Alma Duo is performed by physicians in a private treatment room. A session takes 10–15 minutes: a lubricating gel is applied and the applicator is placed at five points for men or three for women. You’ll feel a light tapping and hear a soft snapping — that’s it. There is no anesthetic, no downtime, and no aftercare. The standard protocol is six sessions spaced two to three days apart over about three weeks; most patients notice improvement early in the series, with the best results after the sixth session.
