- Cover with a clean bandage if needed.
- Use cool compresses for comfort and relief.
- Avoid touching, scratching, or picking.
Important Healing Instructions

- Do not pick scabs.
- Allow the skin to heal naturally to reduce the risk of scarring.
- Avoid tight or irritating clothing over the area.
Avoid Until Healed
- Swimming pools
- Hot tubs
- Saunas
- Excessive sweating
- Exfoliants
- Harsh skincare products
Sun Protection & Skin Care
- Avoid direct sun exposure while healing.
- Wear SPF 30+ once the skin has healed.
- Avoid tanning beds and self-tanner.
- Wash gently with mild soap and water; pat dry, do not rub.
- Keep the area moisturized if instructed by your provider.
