- Strenuous exercise
- Heavy lifting
- Bicycling or activities that put pressure on the area
- Hot tubs, saunas, and swimming pools
Hygiene & Helpful Tips
- You may shower gently.
- Avoid harsh soaps, lotions, or irritants on the area.
- Do not massage the area.
- Drink plenty of water and eat a healthy, balanced diet.
- Avoid alcohol and smoking for 24–48 hours.
