Skin Care Restrictions
- Avoid for several days: retinoids/Retin-A, exfoliants, glycolic acids, scrubs, harsh actives.
- Avoid heavy makeup for at least 24 hours if possible; mineral makeup is preferred.
Sun Protection & Tips
- Avoid excessive sun exposure.
- Wear SPF 30+ daily and reapply regularly.
- Avoid tanning beds and self-tanner.
- Drink plenty of water and use gentle skincare only.
- Avoid over-exfoliating.
Heat and sweat can irritate freshly treated skin.
